Massage Rates

Mindful Hands mobile massage is currently solely an independent in-home massage therapy delivery service. Travel costs are not yet considered into the price of the service.

Because every client is unique I have created a flat rate of $75 for every 30 minute increment of massage, no matter the modality chosen. Upon booking the appointment we will choose the length of time, modality, pressure, and targeted issues the client would like to focus on as well as any health issues I, the therapist need to be aware of. The more often a client gets massage, the shorter the time each appointment needs to be. So, if it is your first massage in a while, please schedule a longer time, at least 90 minutes, to effectively create the change we want in the body during the appointment.

My list of modalities to choose from are:

• Swedish
  • can range from light to firm, usually for relaxation and moderate adhesion work, includes scalp massage, 75 min is optimal.
• Deep Tissue
  • works with the deeper layers of muscle tissue, includes the use of  forearm and elbow work for deep adhesions and trigger points, 90-120 min is optimal.
• Myofascial Release
  • uses little to no lotion for the fastest results in deep tissue change, requires range of motion movement during massage, 60-90 min is optimal.
• Sports massage
  • a deep tissue massage that incorporates assisted stretching and proprioceptive resistance exercises to retrain the muscles’ fascial alignment, 90-120 min is optimal.
• Aroma Therapy Hot Stone Massage
  • This massage requires special preparation and can be delivered upon special request and early notice. 90 min is optimal.
